At its November 27, 2007 meeting, ECDC adopted two resolutions:
- Cheney Impeachment: A Resolution calling upon the House of Representatives to conduct hearings regarding the Impeachment of Vice President Richard Cheney.
- Feinstein Censure A resolution Censuring Senator Dianne Feinstein for her votes supporting the Bush Administration's efforts to undermine the law and the Constitution.
