At El Cerrito Democratic Club's April 22nd meeting, Pat Snyder, Contra Costa Chair of Health Care for All, will discuss the current status of SB 840, Senator Sheila Kuehl's ground breaking Single Payer Universal Health Care legislation for California. Snyder, an accomplished speaker, will present the HCA video and discuss the new HCA legislative strategy to promote Single Payer Health Care. Club and community members will become better informed so as to work more effectively for change.

• ECDC provides on-site childcare during the meeting for children ages 3-8, and a “homework table” for older children.
• It also provides pizza (vegetarian and vegan, too) and drinks for $4 per person.
